The RMA is committed to ensuring openness, transparency and accountability in all of its business.
As a public body the RMA is committed to promoting access to information in line with the Freedom of Information legislation. The legislative process for listing the RMA as a body subject to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 is on-going. Once the legislative process is complete the RMA's Publication Scheme will be available here.
