*N.B Risk Assessors are Accredited by RMA to carry out risk assessments regarding any serious violent and sexual offender who is subject to a Risk Assessment Order (section 210B of Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995) or Interim Compulsion Order (section 210D of Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995) as described in the accreditation purpose.  However, to guide the court in selecting the most suitable assessor in atypical cases self nominated additional information has been provided.
