The present Chief Executive is retiring and we are seeking an enthusiastic leader

with experience of management in a complex environment and of working with

serious offenders to succeed her. You will have a sound knowledge of current

research, policies and processes in the fast moving area of risk assessment and

management of serious offenders and a good understanding of the political and

legislative context of the RMA, its stakeholders and the criminal justice system in

Scotland. You will need excellent strategic ability and well developed problem

solving and communication skills.
